Required Vaccinations

(Vaccines MUST be administered by a Veterinarian)

Dogs

1. Bordetella

2. Distemper Parvo

3. Rabies

All above vaccines must be current and presented on or before your scheduled appointment. If your dog(s) are exempt from any of the above vaccines due to age or illness, paperwork must be signed and given to us by your veterinarian.

Puppies

1. Bordetella

2. First and Second Distemper Parvo Shots

3. Negative Stool Sample

The Rabies Vaccination is not required for puppies who are too young to receive it

Cats

1. FLV

2. FVRCP

3. Rabies

All above vaccines must be current and presented on or before your scheduled appointment. If your cat(s) are exempt from any of the above vaccines due to age or illness, paperwork must be signed and given to us by your veterinarian.

Kittens

1. FLV

2. FVRCP

Rabies is not required for cats under the age of 12 weeks or otherwise stated by your veterinarian.

A NEGATIVE stool sample for worms must be presented at the time of check in.
